You`ve just made a major adjustment to your life by giving up smoking! That`s a massive achievement and you should be very proud of yourself for that. Try and find something that would cheer yourself up that doesn`t cost any money, see it as a challenge to yourself. Try not to think that you have to snap out of it, sometimes life makes us down, it`s a roller coaster ride! Hope that you feel better soon.

get checked by a doctor, was having something similar. it came out, there was an internal infection... that affected the whole body, and also the mental condition. had no symptoms of any decease, just extreme sadness, no interest for anything, always tired, depressed, even suicidal up to some point. wanted just to sleep, and not to wake up. thought i got mad. right now getting treatment and also well. take Ur body, and health more serious, old people say, healthy spirit in a healthy body. and i do not have also lot of money to cheer my self up, who cares... i do it my self... it's unpayable :D<<< please no English lessons, i know this word does not exist.

You need a friend that makes you laugh. Someone that can help you snap out of it. That is what my fiance does for me because I get stressed easily. Talk to a close friend, that's what friends are for. Besides you're not dead, live life while you have the chance.

Stop feeling sorry for yourself and seek out help. No one wants to be around depressed, poor me people. Money for treats will not alleviate the problem so stop whining. Call a county mental health facility and seek out counseling....and stop whining!

Glad to hear your joints are all in working order, lets face it, feeling down is no mean feat.

Anyway, joking aside, why do you feel down?

Guess it's not teenage angst?

Sorry, but I really have no advise.

My best guess would be to lean on your friends, or your family if you have one.

Talk to a doc if all else fails, but do not allow medication unless you have tried all other routes.

Good luck, feel free to mail me.

Try watching 'you are what you eat'

She does quite alot about how different foods can help with mood.

It's a long term solution rather than a short term fix, but hopefully thats what you actually need.
