Humans are always scared of the unknown. But you should reassure yourself that everyone has to die. There is nothing wrong with taking steps to make sure you die in as little pain as possible, or to make monetary measures to take care of those who live after you are dead. But you should not freak out about it. What good can come of that? Hide in a hole if you wish, you will die all the same. Better to die proud and setting an example for your surviving friends & family, than cowering in fear.

You don't need religious nonsense to feel okay about death. Yes, I saw someone dead when I was in a car crash as a young boy. She was a beautiful girl, so sad. I used to have this problem with thinking about death too much until I realized something...I'm not afraid of the time *before* I was born, so why fear the time after I'm gone? There is no reason to fear nonexistence. We've all done it before. Now when I think about how sad it is that I'll be gone some day, it just gives me resolve to make the best of my time here. ( That's why I'm constantly lookin' for love! ;-)

I hate to go religious on you, but... I am not afraid of dying, because I know where I am going. I have accepted Jesus as my personal savior, so I know that when I die I will be with Him in heaven. You can have that peace by just asking Jesus to be in control of your life, and try to live like it. That's it! I know that if you truly are sincere about wanting Him to be in your heart and in control of your life, you will have a peace about dying.

I'm scared to die too...but as the Holy Bible says: "For me to live is Christ and to die is gain". Don't freak out. Go with the flow of life. Search your soul and lead a happy life.

We are all going to die....and that is a fact of life. Perhaps you need counseling or something. You do have choices......you can choose to "freak out" and be miserable or you can choose to enjoy each day that you have on this earth and make the best of the good things in your life. Remember, you got one more day than someone else did......so stop complaining and "freaking out"!!!! DUH!!!

If you live your life worrying about dying, you will never have very much fun. Life is about risks, sometimes.

Instead of worrying about something that has not happened yet, start enjoying life.It is short enough without loading yourself down with worries you can't really do anything about.
