Because they blindly follow their communistic cult, and take what is said to them as truth becuase that is how they were taught. I pitty them

It is a faith. Obviously much of the bible is not true. I.E. David vs Goliath, moses parting the red sea. Things like this are known by reasonable Christians to be stories. They teach a lesson. Which is the point of most of the bible. It teaches a lesson. However, Jesus was a real person. This is known. The arguement comes in wether jesus really did resurect from the cross or not. This is the "faith" part. They know it cannot be proven, however, they beleive it because they are told to.
People want an explanation of existance, Christianity gives a good explanation. People are happy with this. As long as people dont force beliefs on others, religion is good. However, as we have seen throughout history, people cannot be content just practicing their faith. They beleive it is their duty to spread their religion onto others wether they want to learn it or not.

ANY religious person would be upset if you called their faith a myth, and....
There is more documentary evidence for the validity of the Bible than any other in history. Where do you get "nothing" has ever been proven?

Do you love your wife/husband/boyfriend/girl friend/son/daughter/parents/friends??? Prove it. I think your love is a myth. You don't love any of those people. You are a silly liar. Why are you pretending. I can't see the love you have for them...So, it must be a myth.
That is how it is when you say that our love of God is a myth....Just multiply your love for any and all of those people by about 1,000...then you have some idea how we feel about God.

They just don't like the idea of it. Why do they think it's perfectly logical to call zeus a myth and God a truth? Why do they get so offended when people point out that God is just as likely to exist as Zeus?

if you read the book and watch the news you see a lot of things that are proved.
or, get to know God and you see a lot of weird things happen.
Until you believe theres nothing but disbelief. Thats a natural stand point. Why argue about it? lol.

explain all those fossils!!! evalutionists say that they know how old a fossil is by where they found it but then they go back and say they know how old that ground is by the fossils they find in it. that is circular reasoning and it is crazy and bogus and WRONG!!!
