After windows vista comes out, microsoft will take some of those advances in technology andput them into a service pack 3 for windows xp home and professional. My question is "Will service pack 3 be available to end-users as a download or will we have to go to a retailer to buy it."

For the point of protecting your pc secure from malware, it truly is continually an effective concept to position in the present patches. on the different hand, it truly is often considered wise to look forward to it to settle into the inhabitants and let the insects floor before setting up a sparkling patch. you should weigh the alternative to position in the patch adverse to the layers of safe practices you've protecting your pc (firewall, anti-virus, secure internet practices, and so on.) in reality, the better layers of safe practices that are in position, the a lot less severe it should be to position in the present patch.
