I believe that somewhere in the Gospels it says that Peter was married... Not so sure about Paul.

In those days it would have been very unusual for a man NOT to be married. The culture was such that marriages were agreed when people were very young and would be married by the age of 18. Sex was only allowed in December so that all children would be born in September to coincide with the Jewish feast of the Passover, Men and women lived more or less separate lives the rest of the year. Children were cared for communally until they were 11 then returned to their families. Paul, like all the disciples, would have been married, as would have Jesus. Unmarried men were treated with suspicion and fear as it was considered un-natural.

Pharisees were allowed to marry, but were not required.

Paul never married.

And he was NOT a homosexual. Some people read things they want to (probably because they want 'reassurance' that it is okay) in the Bible. But it's a lie.

I'm not sure they allowed same sex mariges back then either.

Looks like all of pauls partners were probably guys.

Read the things he wrote closely and you will see what I am saying. A lot of other people have noticed it too.
