Tell him nicely that you are not interested. If he dont get it, ignore him from now on, he will be bored and just have to give up and go away.

I would say stay away from that...you could get yourself in so much trouble. If you don't want to then explain to them that you think they are nice but you would like to just stay friends. They might get hurt at first but it is better to tell them now than after you do something you both may regret. Hope this helps

Just simply tell him that your not interested in dating him. Depending on thier age that it wouldn't work anyways if they are under 18.
