Anne Stith (c. 1659 - c. 1710) was an early American settler and ancestor of Presidents George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush.

Anne was born in Charles City County, Virginia around 1659. She was the daughter of Major John Stith, Sr. and Jane (whose maiden name was possibly Drury) who were married in December 1656 at Charles City.

Anne married Col. Robert Bolling in 1681 after his first wife Jane Rolfe died leaving one child John Bolling.

Robert and Anne had at least seven children together.
