Aww you must really like her to be concerned about this. Why don't you have a talk with her and tell her how you feel. If you feel this way she probably does too. I am sure if you guys put your heads together you will be able to come up with ideas. Try to do something neither one of you have done before. When two people experience new things together it creates a stronger bond.

Well assuming that you've already covered the whole movies and such thing, I would suggest that you go the beach or a picnic. Or if you have a skating rink (ice or roller) and hang out there. Or if you can drive take her out of town or just drive around and talk. Or maybe go putt putt or something like that. It doesn't have to be expensive as long as she's with you she should be having fun.

Little fun things: mini-golf, go-carts, amusement park, frisbee in a park
It doesn't always have to be the late night sweep her off her feet romantic bit. I don't know if you've tried these (didn't give much detail) but they're nice.

Tough question since we don't know what you've done yet. The first thing is to meet her. The last thing is to totally pi** her off so she never wants to see you again. You gotta fill in the middle by yourself.

ya just go to a romantic garden and sit together and make love and after that go for a long drive or long ride then have candle light dinner and enjoy life
