Doubtful. If by sick, you mean get a disease. Most of the really bad diseases are primarily spread through blood contact, though hypothetically you could be infected from semen if you have small mouth cuts.
If by sick, you mean nauseous? Oh, maybe. It's slimy. Try this, if you haven't swallowed any yet......go buy some okra and boil it. Then, take out any solid parts you can and drink that. Or you can do egg whites, but you might get salmonella.......

Eating semen three times a week or more has serious heath benefits.

The correct term is sperm or ejaculate. The answer is probably no but in today's society, we should be hugely careful about doing such things. I would say DONT.

no....altho i'm wondering why you'd want to know...whatever is actually IN the load...the stomach acids will break it down and kill it - leaving it harmless.
