God and Goddess--bigger than any religion. Religion is a human construct to connect with the divine, and to answer those big existential question--who am I, why am I here, etc. But, our puny human minds can't ever truly know the divine, so we muddle through the best we can with our varied religions.

"For there is one God: and there is none other but he..." Mark 12:32. This was spoken be a Jew and if you were to study it out carefully you would find that the early 'christians' considered themsleves to be Jews and that it was years after the death of Christ that they took on the name of Christians. Christianity is acctually a modified form of Judiasm and that except for the sanctuary serivces and the Levitical law, all law is still binding upon christians. Muslims did not even appear until after the christian church was well established and it was only then that they announced their belief in one God. I believe these were imposters becuase if you lood carefully, there are parts of Judiasm and Chrisianity intwined into Muslum worship. So there is only one God, it's just that people don't look carefully because if they do they would see that from the earliest times people worshiped God and not other pagan gods.

First we need to determine which God we are talking about here. Are you referring to the real God, the unconditionally loving God who we are all a part of? This is the one Jesus was talking about when he said the kingdom of God is within you. The one who is our dearest friend and closest companion.
Or are we talking about the angry little judgmental God that lives on some far off cloud called heaven. The one who seems to be more concerned with our errors than he is with our successes? You know the egocentric needy little God that always wants people to worship him. The one who is always unavailable because he is only a fantasy? You need to specify if you want a real answer

God is God. Saying "Christian God" makes it look like God follows Jesus. Jesus is God to Christians so this is silly.

There isn't. "Christian" is a human word. I believe that when we get there, God will take into account what our beliefs were on Earth (many religions depend on what area of the world you are born into) If we adhere to what we BELIEVE are the rules, if we treat everyone as brothers and sisters who all have to answer to "daddy" in the end...that is all he looks at. I think he will sit with us and "review" all the good things we have done. And reaveal to us all the individual pains we have caused on Earth, and we will sort it out from there. HOW you believe is not an issue.

Let's see God created everything( according to the Christians) therefore He also created all faiths. Hm-mm, do you think there may be only one God for everybody???? Wow!! I'll bet the Christians never thought of that!!

when christ was identified as the god then the all the people who followed this great mans ideology were called `Christ`ians.then followers were idetified basing on who they follow.
today, the God who all the christians worship is called the `Christian`god! then the god Jesus Christ was primary and religion secondary and now the religion is primary and god is secondary! and thats the irony.(no sarcasm intended and strictly meant against only those who demean the religion for whatever benefits)

There isn't. There is only one, true "god" and that is the Elohim of the Hebrews from the bible. And there weren't any "christians" during that time. "Christ" is a relatively new greek word that means annointed, translated from the Hebrew word for Messiah.
To be more accurate, He is the Elohim of the Universe (not of the christians).

there isn't there is only one God and Different religions are at complete disagreement about his purpose, our relationship and what exactly he is . Because of this people use phrases such as "christian God" to refer to the fact they are talking about God the way Christians see him.
