Probably Pantene. FYI, I and my sister have discovered that Dove shampoo makes our scalps itchy.

I've used both volume shampoos, and for more thick hair I reccomend Pantene Extra Volume. Dove is more for thin, un-damaged hair, but Pantene really works on thick to normal hair. As well, try switching the volume shampoo once a month, so your hair doesn't get so used to the shampoo that it doesn't work great anymore.
Good luck, and I hope my answer solves your dileema!
