i prefer chinese more array of style. Italian version of noodle only limited to pasta, macaroni, and etc

I prefer Italian when it comes to noodles. This is not to say I prefer Italian food over Asian food, which I LOVE to eat with rice.
If you are saying that Italian noodles are limited because of their shape...you should know that there are over 100 types/shapes of pasta. Italian dishes have a huge variety because the noodles can be made from eggs, whole wheat, white semolina, potato (gnocci), corn, quinoa, etc. There is a multitude of different sauces and cheeses with which to accomodate these different pasta styles...for most of them, the fewer ingredients, the better they taste! The world of Italian pasta goes MUCH deeper than just Spaghetti and Fettuccini Alfredo.
Asian food, is excellent food too! The ingredients are a bit more complex, but I enjoy cooking and eating both of them. It's a good thing American's are offered plenty of each! It's great the way our grocers and Asian and Italian markets are equiping today's cooks to do both styles.

I do like the Chinese noodles as there is more of a selection, they often take less time to cook, and they are not as thick as some pasta noodles, plus, they just taste good!

There area lot of variety in both but I only eat noodles with a sauce(meat,tomato) or lasagna,if I must eat noodles,so Italian version is better for me. You can't eat Chinese noodles with a meat sauce or make a good lasagna.

I like Chinese noodles and also Japanese noodles. I think there's a better variety of noodle types when it comes to Chinese and Japanese noodles.

They're too different for me to compare.
Don't get me wrong; I love Italian, but the Chinese style has a lot more variety so there's more enjoyment eating them.

I like both, but probably Asian noodles are better. After all, that's where the noodle originated, so they've had lots of time to perfect it.
