It depends on the size of the stones. If they are less than 3 mm then they will probably pass on their own. If they are larger or they are obstructing the flow of urine then you may need what is called Extra-corporeal lithotripsy. This is a relatively simple procedure where Ultrasound is used to degrade the stones to a size in which they can pass through the urethra. You should definitely check with your doctor because if your urinary flow becomes obstructed it is not only extremely painful, but can cause systemic problems as well.

Here is the ayurvedic suggestion for your health, if you can get it online.

Punarnava Guggulu 2 tabs and Goxuradi guggulu 2 tabs, tabs should be size 125 mg, to be slightly chewed and swallowed with water after breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take lemon water three times a day. 1 lemon juice, 200 ml (6 Oz) water and a little salt so that teeth do not become sour.

YOu may have to visit wash room every hour, till you take medicine. Take the medicines for 20 days or till stones come out of urine. You will feel them coming out

Many other natural remedies exist, but this is safer and easier, since medicines available online these days.

A doctor can use a laser to break it up, or surgery may be necessary.
