okay, copy and paste this on your computor and read it every day before you leave your house:

I heard a beard sing in the dark of December
A magical thing
and sweet to remember.

"We are nearer to spring than we were in September"
i heard a bird sing in the dark of December.

hey, it worked for me.

Yes. I would suggest that you establish a waking and sleeping routine that you practice each day. Carve out about 30-60 minutes, but you can start with 5-10. Each night before you go to sleep, you can affirm yourself with positivity. Depending on what types of things you generally find pleasure in doing, let this be a time that you are establishing and practicing INTENTION in your life.

You will begin to change and have more direction in your mindset which believe it or not IS within your power. Some of the things I personally have done are: prayer, journalling, singing, using candles and or incense, calling a friend, talking to the "mirror" and so forth. Do the same thing when you open your eyes in the morning. Affirm yourself or "speak life" to yourself. Are you spiritual? If so, here are some scriptures for you to use: Proverbs 23:7, Matthew 21:22, 1 Corinthians 15:58.

Be steadfast! 3 days makes a habit...3 weeks makes a lifestyle!
Hang in there!!!

The fact that you completed your education says a lot about you. (That's a positive thing. Most people don't finish school.) You've got options. If you have a family doctor, I'd advise you to schedule an appointment to see him or her. If not, I'd see if there are any mental health professionals in your area. If not, see if there are any family clinics available. You can also search the web for information on depression. Everyone experiences set backs from time to time. Some more often than others. Like I said, you do have options. To do nothing is also an "option" but you don't want to go there. If you don't want to talk to doctors, you can talk with family, friends, religious leader(s). There are options, just choose one. :)

Keep the faith. You can go through 20 interviews, and get a job on the 21st.

When you say you lost 'it', do you mean you did or said things out of stress during the interview that made the intereviewer question your mind state?

If so, calm your nerves prior to interviews, and get interview counselling or just plan counselling.

Capitalism sometimes can be rough on the ego. Try going to your past interviewer and getting some feedback as to what they feel could make you more marketable. Good Luck!

Do not get pills for depression. It is a drug altered state. It isnt true happiness. Work it out through talking with friends and family.
