i need to know what r the rheumatoid factor (latex) causes?

hii everyone,
i need your help to know the causes of the rheumatoid factor (latex) and what i can do to overcome it and my rheumatoid is not high it is only in my hands joints and my foot but it hurts sometimes alot & if there any food or exercise that make it higher
& if anyone know any site that could help me to know more i would be glad to know it
