On the last day of February. It's not a big deal. They are the same as anyone else. Leap Day is just a way of balancing the calender. After 12 calender years they are still 12 years old.

12 Divided by 12 is 3. They will only be 3 by the real age of 12. Only 5 at the age of 20.


They have the same amount of time on earth as you do. Count 365 Days after each birthday.

The pesron who was born during Leap Year chooses either February 28th,or March 1st;it's their choice.And,every year a person ages 1 year,no matter what date they were born.

I have met someone who was born on February 29th. He told me he celebrates it on March 1st until February 29 comes around again. It doesn't bother him that February 29 comes every four years.

I had a friend who would celebrate on the 28th of Feb until a leap year rolled around, and then he'd have a HUGE party.

well...to make it special celebrate it on the 28th feb and the 1st march. make it extra special when the 29th feb appears every 4yrs.
after 12 calender yrs they'l be 12yrs old....or if u want u can say they'd be 3yrs old...

from noon on the 28th til noon on the 1st of March. its half of each day and it makes a whole.
