We're addicted. Nachos, Chocolate, Crackers, Chips, Soda, you name it. Have you ever read the ingredients on this stuff? It's like eating 10 pounds of salt and plastic. Worse, everytime you eat this garbage, instead of eating something healthy AND GROWN LOCALLY!!!, you're putting more and more processed foods in your gut. Breast cancer rates are up, gall bladder disease is way up, autism is way up... Just a few examples of how these foods might be affecting us.

Yeah, let's do away with all processing. Darn it, let's do away with supermarkets while we're at it. We should all just grow our own food in our backyards. What? You don't have a backyard? Well, looks like you're gonna starve!

I mean, yeah, you're right, they do a lot of stuff to foods that are harmful, and we all need to be more careful about what we eat, but if you think eliminating processed foods would benefit society, you'd be in for a rude awakening. Processing is what allows us to ship foods across country and prevents starvation in many parts of the world. We have a lot to learn about making the processes more healthy, but doing away with it would be a disaster.

Eliminate one thing from your diet per month. Start with soda for example- replace with juices and water. Next month leave chips off your shopping list. Try to find healthy alternatives like low salt pretzels. If it's not in the house you can't eat it. Also the natural sugars from fruits are a great way to satisfy your sugar cravings. Fruits salads are fun and tasty. Finally, go berry picking!

Start by stop eating/drinking one thing for a short time. Then do the same thing for something else. Habbits can be broken, even it can be hard at times.

Mind you own fuc*ing business and let me eat what I want. Don't worry about what's going on with my body. I'll treat it how I see fit. I'm so sick of you healthy people trying to say how bad everything is.

Processed food should be illegal in my opinion. The world would be a healthier place.
