It sounds like that your girlfriend is into sissification, which is where you turn a guy into a girl by cross-dressing him and/or making him do stereotypically female stuff like cleaning the kitchen. It is meant to be a form of humiliation. It sounds like you could put up with it so a certain extent, but that it's not your thing.
The voyeurism that you mentioned is designed to make you feel self-conscious. It's like being forced to look into a mirror but the reflection is of a different person. It isn't exactly a form of humiliation, but what she has planned would make your feelings of humiliation far more intense.
One of the first rules is that you should never have to do anything that you don't want to. You retain the right to refuse. You need not even explain why, but I would recommend that you at least discuss your feelings. Try telling her that it's not your thing, but that you love her enough to so along with it occassionally but that her sharing your sex life with her friends makes you uncomfortable.
One suggestion that I might proffer is to examine your motives. Figure out if it really is humiliation or just a case of nerves. (That her friends know about your sex life is already a broken barrier.) Sometimes challenging yourself isn't as bad as it seems and can be a positive experience.
By the way, I love what luckylady had to say. :-) That is something to consider, although do not force her into it if she is opposed. Ultimately it's about respect for each other. Use that as a guiding principle.

Turn the tables. make sure she is wearing heels, stockings and a garter belt or corset always. Have some handcuffs ready, and handcuff her behind her back. Have her perform on her knees, and then make exceptionally wild love to her while she is still restrained. You need to train her, before she trains you. If need be tell her every **** mistress, needs to be a well trained slave first.
