i have been rejected twice us visa i went with out my kids n husbnd just to enjoy n have some fun n meet my brother whom i havent met since last 10 yrs n i m the last person to settle down in us as india is THE BEST to live life?

The decision to approve or deny a non-immigrant visa application is based on the information presented on the application form, the additional paperwork provided by the applicant, and the information provided by, as well as the demeanor of, the applicant during the personal interview.

Until someone invents a device to look into people's souls and reveal their true intentions, some good people will be refused visas, and some bad people will get visas - it is an imperfect system in an imperfect world.

Here is the section of the Immigration and Nationality Act under which you were probably refused:
214(b) Every alien ...shall be presumed to be an immigrant until he establishes to the satisfaction of the consular officer, at the time of application for a visa, and the immigration officers, at the time of application for admission, that he is entitled to a nonimmigrant status.

This means that the law was written to presume that you are an intending immigrant unless you can convince the consular officer otherwise. Sorry.
