I read a while back that banana s have more what your body needs then anything. Should eat one a day., I eat only half with ceral then the . the other. the next day. Never had any problems with them. I just pull the top skin over it and put into a small bowl with cover , They last that way. Milk gives people more trouble then any thing. Try drinking skin milk. I do Good Luck Pem

thats not because of bananas ...infact in some places bananas are given when u cant drop bombs !

go and get urself flax seeds they are organic and natural. eat a table spoon with 8 oz of water three times a day. u will never have trouble making stinkies ever again

I've heard that overripe ones and green ones can cause your problem...Just drink a lot of water and wait a day. You'll be all right.

yes they can.they do to a lot of people.so dont eat too many at a time.banana's are well knowen for giving people constipation.even a dr.will tell you that
