Tell her!! Show her!! Be faithful to her always, never hit her, treat her like the queen that she seems to be!! Make sure she always wants to be with you, too. You sound like you are one of the luckiest guys in the world....

Don't smother her or be controlling. You two are very young, and though you want to be together, allowing yourselves freedoms like never demand things from her, you're not married keep it real and fun. Your fears of keeping her will show I say never let em see you sweat even when your sweating. If your not pushy or demanding, and you do something for her each day to show her how you feel about her without smothering her, and she feels as strongly about you then you guys will be good together.

Just show her how you feel. Actions speak so much louder than words. You can TELL her she is your world untill you are blue in the face, but if you don't SHOW it she will see the truth and move on.
Or at least try to.

Knowing your age would be helpful in this situation.....
Just enjoy the time the two of you spend together, possibly ask her to marry you, let her know how you feel and see if she feels the same.

Do you already have her? If so that would be the first step.
Then as far as keeping her? I don't know anything about why she would leave. But in general, IF YOU HELP HER FEEL SHE"S HER BEST SELF WHEN SHE"S WITH YOU then she'll always stay with you.
Help her be her best.
