No aerial socket in the kitchen - want to have a small TV in there

get an aerial piont installed in the kichen directly behind your screen there isnt any point in paying a few hundred quid for a nice new screen then messin about tryin to get a good picture on a 2 quid portable loop aerial get it done proper and you will see the benifit

It depends on the reception in your area. If its good any aerial is ok.

you can use any type of arial, some lcd tvs have an inbuilt arial which is pretty cool and stops it looking weird when you have one on top of the telly!!

It will work but the picture will not be so good. Cable will give the best results.
