YOU DON'T!!! GET A LAWYER!!! They turned me down 4 times before I finally got a lawyer. By law they can only take 25 % so it was worth it to me, and I got my hearing in less than a year. My check of back pay came 5 months after the hearing. I would tell anyone never to do it on your own. Its useless. Hire a lawyer. It's worth the 25% they take out.

File your application and you will be sent to a physician for evaluation. If he finds you definitely disabled no lawyer should be needed. I did these physicals for several years and many applicants were young and healthy. I do not think anyone I found disabled was refused.

you could get approved easily. most people who have multiple sclerosis are unable to work so they would probably take that into account. many states do offer general assistance which could give you some money while you wait.

It's always worth your time to get a lawyer. If your case is rejected, the lawyer doesn't need to be paid.

They mad eit tough. If an experienced lawyer in the field is willing to represent you, it;s probably worth it. They only get paid if they get you the benefits.

Go to your social security office and sign up for it. That's what I did.
