Write down what you wish to focus on a piece of paper and memorise them, saying, i wish to work on these things.
Now close your eyes, and say those things loud so that you will hear your own words, while breathing slow. Do this for 5 minutes daily morning, for 10 days. That is all. NO medicine, no expenditure.

i think it's impossible. you can just don't pay attention to unwanted thoughts lesser than the others.
