Everyone is different and reacts differently to medications. Your physician is the best person to advise you based on your symptoms.

While meds always seem like the best option, i suggest trying to find your own ways to control your anxiety. For me I find that two things help when i start getting anxious. If i can i do something to raise my heart rate, run a bit or dance. It sounds silly but it better to have your heart racing cause of activity than anxiety. If i can't do that I fake being relaxed, i know sounds silly as well, but what you do is sort of flop in your chair. Like you are to tired to even sit up straight or you are just so relaxed. When you put your body in a relaxed position it just can't stay up tight.

I find both this methods have really help me with my anxiety. While i used to deal with my anxiety everyday, i only have to deal with it every few months.
