the phone company call me in several times to my home phone,,and i answer to the sellers ..i am not interesting in take new phone services..but the operator try and repet in several times the same world like a psico crazy guy...i answer i am not interesting in your company new services..and he continue time after time..i looking anothers victims about abuse...because everything soud a abuse and psicologic comercial depredator ..please try contact me..because its unusual,,,anyone have a idea for stop the situation,,,

The do not call list is for telemarketers. If you are doing business with this phone company, they have the right to call you to upgrade your services, example, long distance plans, call waiting, call block, internet services. Simply say, not interested from the first inital Hello, I'm with so and so, would like to offer you our unlimited calling plan......stop them there saying not interested, do not call again for solicitation and hang up.

If you're in the US, register your number with the national Do Not Call list.
But, anyone that you currently have a business relationship with can still call you with their special offers. If you tell that person to remove you from their list, then you are removed completely.
So if it's a credit card company, they won't be able to call you if they notice unusual activity on your credit card. So just be careful who you select to remove your name.

There is a free do not call list you can put yourself on.
If they keep calling when you tell them to stop, contact the FCC and file a complaiant. They will send you a form. Keep a log with details.

Well they certaintly can't respect your grasp of the English language.
You should be arrested for murdering a beautiful language in that manner. Heck, even Jack the Ripper treated his victims with more respect.

There is a national "DO NOT CALL" list that you can sign up for. This will prevent this type of soliciation. Go sign up.

authentic I probably dropped few situations each and every telephone i have ever had and it continually works nice ^^ (that they had purely scratches^^") yet from what i understand, if it were iphone it will be useless by using the first fall.

You can ask them to not call you again. personally I just hang up, you don't need to subject yourself to their speech.
