Some of your questions don't make much sense (yes, it's early), but I'll address a couple of them. This is my opinion.
First, I think each person loves in his or her own way. If another person doesn't feel like they are loved enough by someone, it could be their own insecurities, or someone else just doesn't show their love in the same way.
I think that the world's present behavior is due to human nature. We are programmed to be self-destructive, and destructive of our world around us, and it will be our ultimate failure. For as long as humans could record their thoughts, many people have recognized that human condition, which is why it is predicted in the Bible.

We should all take on God's kind of love which is Unconditional Love. 1 Corinthians 13 says
Love is patient and kind.
Love is not jealous or boastful or rude
Love does not demand its own way
Love is not irritable, but it keeps no record of when it has been wronged.
It is never glad about injustice but rejoices whever the truth wins out.
Love never gives us, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.

Your question itself is an answer...
Yes! the present world has a diminishing curve of love against time....
As time will advance, there will be even more deterioration in love, and eventually there will be ill will all over... and that will lead us to the end of this world....
Bible as well as Qura'an says that.... and it has been proved
