How to print only a selectd portion of mail in MS Outlook ?

Print selected text includng details such as - From, Date Sent , To and Sub.

if you want to print only selected text from mail, simply highlight the text you want to print, right click on the highlighted text and choose print option.
In the print menu which appears select print the selection, it only print the highlighted text.

Select the portion which you have to print. Go to print optiion from the file menu and check the selection option. click ok

highlight every thing you want printed. go to file, print, then on the left select "print selected".
