Bring healthy snacking options to work with you or pick the healthy choice at fast food joints.
You can't really go too wrong with salad or grilled chicken.

The first rule of trying to live a healthy life is self control. You just have to take time out to pack healthy foods with you (such as when you're going to work or school). And if you have to have what you think is junk food, get dietary cookies or chips or what have you. Or if you give in and just have to have junk, limit yourself to having junk, (like fast food for example) 1-2 times a month. Or if you see a Twinkie that you you've just got to have, only eat half of it and walk away.

Theirs plenty of ways to attack this. If you can take the time to stop at a McDonald's or a 7-11 u can stop at your local Ralph's or Von's grocer and pick up a fruit salad and or a chicken salad or something. Remember that junk food is like a drug. Its addictive and not good for you. Slowly day by day try something from the deli in a grocery store or visit a subway. By some fruit salads and keep them at home in the fridge drink more water less soda, Fruit punch or something. If you have trouble pick a day out off the week were you'll eat fresh fuits and healty foods. slowly you'll find out whats good and whats not

Do not let junk food doubt yourself, try to have your own meal box with you everyday. You can cook some food at home, and bring it with you at work. At least, in there should have like: a box of juice, salad, banana, .... There are many kind of healthy food around you, and very easy to make. Even when you are extremely busy, you gotta spend about 20 minutes everyday to do exercise too.

when answering a question like this, i can hear my good ol' common sense mom way back there somewhere saying 'ya just got to ignore the things that you know aren't good for you' know what I mean? you can do so many cool things with healthy food. eating raw veggies with sour cream or plain yogurt, or ranch,,, steamed veggies, GOOD things. take your own healthy lunch, and do your best not to focus on the yuk-food around you. who knows? maybe you'll start a trend, and the people around you will owe you a gratuity. good luck.
