Well, I think you should get her a gift that some how relates to your character and when someday she might want to go study at the library and you would say that you were planning to too and you would offer to carry her books and KABOOM!, some time to talk with her alone while your walking and you can give her the gift and tell her how you feel. If she likes your personality you could probably plan a date or be her friend and eventually invite her on a date. If she doesn't like your personality you can just silent for the rest of the time and study or if you brought your library card, Check out some stuff. Good luck.
