I want to know the difference between cheese &cheese cream

Dip-A-De-Do-Da Hot Bacon Cheese Dip
Place this in a throw a way bowl cause there wont be any left. No mess to clean up.
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup half-and-half
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
16 slices bacon
tortilla chips
15 servings

1. Plece all ingredient (except Bacon) in crock pot and stir every 20 minute or so.
2. Fry and crumble bacon.
3. When smooth add crumbled bacon to cheese mixture and cook on low for 2 hours.
4. Serve right out of the crock pot if desired with tortilla chips or Crusty French Bread.

Freshly ground pepper
1 (6-ounce) can crabmeat

In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, lemon juice, sherry, crab boil seasoning, salt, and pepper. Fold in the crabmeat and chives. Top with additional chives.

For serving dip:
Red and green bell peppers, squared bottoms
Purple cabbage, ruffled leaves and hollowed out
Radicchio, ruffled leaves and hollowed out
Green cabbage, ruffled leaves and hollowed out
Dippers:
Mini carrots
Icicle radishes
Treviso leaves
Cucumber spears
Cherry tomatoes and green cocktail olives each on sticks
Focaccia strips
Bread sticks (bakery)
Bagel chips, for salmon dip

I can't explain the difference, but here is an easy cheese dip

Take a block of Velveeta cheese, cubed.
Place it in a microwave save bowl.
add a jar of salsa
microwave until the cheese is melted.
Stir

Doesn't get much easier than that

As you suggested, neufchatel is extremely decrease in fats, yet certainly, i will't tell the adaptation in cooking. i will use nuefchatel in any recipe calling for cream cheese, which incorporate cheesecakes. I won't use fats unfastened cream chess for baking, yet i will use neufchatel any time.
