I believe hate is connected to fear and feelings of vulnerability, but such things are considered weaknesses. Hate, on the other hand, is an aggressive form of fear. It disguises the inward vulnerability with outward hostility. But it still means the same thing: a person who hates feels threatened by the person or thing he hates.
I love this quote by Booker T. Washington: "I shall allow no man to belittle my soul by making me hate him."

short story:
There was a guy who used to love his mother and hate his father. His father was a bad person, he used to beat his mother, he was alcoholic and all bad qualities, you can think about. His mom was very caring and loving. Time passed by his; mom died one day;but the boyd didnt even had a tear! He felt very bad, but he didnt understood why he didnt cry.
After some years, his father died. Surprisingly, the boy cried like hell. Why? Because, perhaps he had just one objective left in life, hating his father. He lived with that feeling and suddenly when it was all over, he was not able to take it.
So, perhaps, it might be hate that gives up a reason to live?

Hate is loves ugly sister.
Hate is so exhausting, isn't it?
I don't know why we feel this way sometimes. I don't know why we feel any emotion, (I think psychology is a parlor game).
No, I can't explain why it is so hard to let go, every thing I start to say ends up sounding stupid, so ...
Eventually, this strong feeling will fade to indifference, which is worse in some ways.
peace. good luck.

you get nothing out of hating actually and they say, if you love the world, the world will love you back... try to let go, forgive and forget
