Have you talked to her about it? Only a small percentage of women actually enjoy it. It is painful, and many women cannot get over the stigma that surrounds it. Find out first if she is open to it in her own mind! If not, find out what her reasons are. Is it somethign you can work around?
As far as the actual act, the key is tot ake it SLOW. Always, in all ways. Many people I know recommend starting with small, slow insertions, and working up to insertion of a toy designed for the purpose. Use lots of lube. Start slowly, letting her get used to any stimulation at all in that area. Sex talk helps here too.
Do not try to coerce her or force her. Do not try to rush her. If she is receptive, work with her to find a way. If not, decide whether it is something you can live withut or not. If not, find a partner that better suits you sexually.
