Self-realisation as a Soul and then to realise the Supreme soul and to understand their relationship and under this reference to understand about life&death, about Love, Peace etc, about abode of souls and the Supreme soul and about the rise and fall of Values in this world and above all the Happy way of living as its result.

for me spirituality started with my thinking, when my thinking changed my actions changed, therefore the world around me changed, today i try to do my best in life without harming others but by helping others without any selfish motives, the freedom i have got from that cannot be measured finacialy but on a much deeper level.P,S im am not a religious person, for me sprituality does not equal religion

Spirituality is not of this world, this world is materialized, made for creations of creatures like us, fauna and flora on it.
That's where it all ends for the unbelievers, deceivers of their own thoughts they are.
