Both , any time , don't go for a news items , every time talking about rapes etc . Millions cases are there , where most of the time ,ladies are only taking leads , hence , depend and rest assure , all human are same , hardly matter wheather male or female

It really depends. Statistics show that males are the hungry ones. Just look at the rape percentage.
