Yes clarion is good. They don't seem to sound as good as some of the top dollar companies products though. If you are looking for a good all around product but not planning to build a System with it Clarion is a good choice. Hope I have been helpful

Clarion is a name brand they are a true manufacture of 12volt. They actually make radios for some car manufactures. I must say that their aftermarket stuff is good, but a comparable prices you can get better. If your getting a deal great but if your buying new take a look at Kenwood or Alpine

I have had a Clarion CD player in my car for the last 13 years. i took it out of my old competition audio car and put it into my daily driver. i paid $500.00 for it 13 years ago and it still works like a dream. it is a lot of money but it is worth it. this thing has been through a lot of pounding i recommend it highly.
