I think you can physically snort ANYTHING that is smaller than your nostrils....the question is WHY would you snort the creatine?
Just like snorting another...umm....white powder....side effects would most likely include nasal and throat irritation.
If you really want the benefits of creatine, take it through your mouth and let it get to your stomach without any boogers on it!

It'd probably be a lot less effective than just injesting it orally. Snorting it might cause your nasal passages and the lining of your wind-pipe to swell with fluid, and suffocate you to death.
