I am 51 year old man . I am fightinging depression . I get so down then I cant work and that makes Money problems. Then Money problems makes me More Deperssed !!!! I stay away from drinking for that make it worse. I even get use ( Fetish ) to eascape from this but that is not a healthy answer. .....

Sometimes there is not a way, you may want to talk to your doctor and see if you need to take them everyday or not or he may think of a different way of helping you control your depression.

Hey! I struggled with depression for over 7 years- consistantly but especially during those gloomy days. Had been on 5 different medications- non of them worked!
Then I finally got serious with Natrual Remidies and Spiritual (non- religious) Remidies.- Now I feel wonderful!!
Ist. If you smoke- QUIT!! Tobacco,Nicotine increases your depression a whole lot. (I can provide you with the resource for that later!
2nd EXCERSISE- even if for only 20minutes each morning I guarantee you'll feel better.
3rd check out this website below. Subliminal messages really do work!!! If u speakpositve over yourself daily, U will change!! If u want more, I'll respond again,

walking is a good way to stimulate endorphines (feel good chemical in our body)
http://www.blackdoginstitute.org.au/ this is the official depression website in aus. could be of some use. i also have this problem and its hrad to get out and do stuff, ppl tell me to make friends but u just dont want any when ur depressed, u just want to be at home and be miserable, but u also want to stop feeling that way. try joining a support group. look into alternative and natural therapies an remedies. start a journal, even a online one. this can help put things into perspective for u. most of all smile and dance a lot, another endorphine booster! good luck..

Learn meditation that soothes you sir.Do not worry about money it comes and goes.Do not bother about money otherwise you will suffer.Think that you can live without comforts and luxuries.Visit natural places like waterfalls, mountains etc. that will definitely help you sir.Listen peaceful music.Leave everything up to GOD.Also take fresh air in morning.

you can talk to a doctor so he can give u some pills or sports and being physically active can help fight depression
