If you control it with drugs, lifestyle, avoiding tension, diet and good sleep and keep it within normal limits you can live normally as long as others live.

NO NO NO .its just your thinking it is not like that but what u should do is take precautions to prevent any other decease due to this disease or grow this disease,but never think that high blood pressure cause shorter life...and blood pressure can be cured . what u should do is come to a tour to India in the beautiful surroundings and low tension level your blood pressure will get cured in a flick of fingers.hahaha and ,try taking the least stress on yourself

They could if they don't follow medical regimen. High blood pressure can lead to many other health complications. It could affect the kidney, heart, could have stroke due to bleeding in the head. So they should be compliant with doctor's recommendation and treatment.

Yes, it exhausts the heart muscle earlier. High blood pressure can be easily reduced by anti-stress routine: yoga, meditation, breathing etc. No medicine is needed.

well i guess you could check out some stats in this regard. Thing is if treated correctly, one could live long with it, change lifestyle and get medicinal treatment.
