Do you have more stress and responsiblities than in your teens? Do you have a child by chance? All adults become more absent-minded and more forgetful just because of the increased responsibilities of becoming an adult. After I had my kids, I noticed that I am much more forgetful than ever. I've just got alot more on my plate. If you truly feel you have a medical condition then try to find a free clinic. In my hometown we have a place called Volunteers in Medicine where you can go for free medical care and they will refer you to a doctor/specialist that will also see you for free. Sometimes they can set up testing for free or at discounted charges.

Maybe your brain is starting to be more selective in what it thinks is important enough to remember.
I wouldn't be panicking too much.......

Do you remember OK the things that are really important to you????
