Maybe the deceived people who support illegals here could get a grip if they saw it laid out like this:
1. They know it is a crime to come here without the permission, so they sneak in.

2. They cannot leglly work. they get jobs
crime #2
3. They do not pay taxes into a federally mandated program that is designated for each individual worker

5. Some use REAL SS#'s and adopt other REAL person's IDENTITY. Crimes #6 & #7

7. Give false names when arrested. Crime #11

Of course, most of the listed infraction are relating to the same thing, but it is so with any criminal activity:
Drugs-
Importation, intent to distribute, distribution, conspiracy, possession of a controlled sustance
Murder-
murder, attempted murder, attempt to do great bodily harm, assault, assault with a deadly weapon.
Most serious crimes are not just the one individual act. They are supported by many other illegal acts as well
I forgot to list forgery in the first area, as I ran out of time crime #20!

Well, Dd, I can truthfully answer your question. I live, LEGALLY, in Mexico right now.
I am building a business that will help the economy by lowering prices for small businesses and I plan on taking this business national here. I plan on paying a very good wage to my workers and I educate everyone that I can talk to about the reasons to NOT go to the US, ILLEGALLY!
What you do not understand, because you bought into the we are starving lie is that they do not come to the USA for a way to stop their families from dieing, they actually come here so they can be RICH in their homelands.
You should see all the booming sales of Cadilac, BMW, Mercedes, and HUMMER sales down here, openly bragged about that it was bought with onies gained while being illegal in the USA!
YOU WILL NOT READ OR HEAR THIS IN THE US MEDIA!
If any of you do not believe it, come and see for yourself. for every 1 that claims poverty, there are 50 that have no such claim!

fmfaris,
I see so if we had not had immigration laws then the current illegals would not even have come here? our laws FORCED THEM TO COME HERE.
get a grip!
and as for the idea that our bill of rights extends to other nations and peoples, you are in serious error on any basis, legal and moral! the UNITED STATES Constitution is the governing law of the UNITED STATES, you see, we do not run the whole of planet earth!
As for expatriation, Do you undeerstand the word?
it means that anyone can renounce his citizenship! that does not include his ability (again, legally or morally) to force another government to adopt him
read "a man without a country"!
and know what you are talking about before you look so foolish again!

against what RACE exactly robert? and what proof do you offer to support your assertions that the majority of them live law abiding lives? do you know the majority of 'them'?
is 'illegal alien' a 'race' now?
I know for a fact that what I wrote is true as my experience as a government worker showed me and knowing a large number of illegals (and YES I reported many)
telling lies, no matter how often you do it, will not turn them into truth!

"And remember this country would have not been as it is today if the government many years ago would have not brought in illegally slaves from Africa."
?
Are you joking? you mean that we would all be in 1492 huts and cabins if it were not for slaves? slaves did not do construction, by and large, they were used as farm animals (I AM NOT SAYING THEY WERE ANIMALS, I AM MERELY RECOGNIZING WHAT THE SITUATION WAS AT THAT TIME).
as stated this is not a racial issue as 'illegal alien" is not a race!

right on gokart121! If you check out the crime statistics in LA county, you will find you're answer. Americans are very passionate unlike the very people invading our country. This is why we Haven't handled this years ago. Also the American public has been made naive by our left wing press. Is there a law against raping a country? The Mexican people consider our border patrol a joke and an inconvenience! If the tables were turned we would be beaten imprisoned, and most likely killed, illegally crossing into Mexico! Their country would not allow such an onslaught and either should we. These people are still members of their country. They do not want to assimilate. They choose their language, their flag, etc etc etc. How many billions of dollars are sent back to their HOMES. Doesn't look like they want to be Americans to me! So yes this is a war crime in my book! Also around 60% of the MS13 gang are illegals.

NO! For the simple fact they are breaking the law to be here. Then use fake or stolen ID and SS#s to be here and use many other fake or stolen pieces of documentation to be here. All of these that I mentioned are against the law and breaking them makes one a criminal. Therefore, they are NOT law abiding. If they want to be here then they can do so legally like numerous others have. Being in extreme poverty or other such conditions does not make it right for one to go some place and break the law. If it did then we'd have Americans using that excuse to break the law.

The problem is that Mexico's government is corrupt, which is why people are poor in Mexico. Stay home. Don't come here. And if you're legal, what are you complaining about? You're right , quit believing everything you hear in the media. Or, DON'T HEAR the media saying ----> that every American wants a BIG fence and for illegals to stay home. Ever figure why the US Government sort of forgot about the amnesty legislation a couple of months ago? Because they know they won't be reelected if they passed it.

Would you support overhauling the state labor boards in all 50 states to see to it that only persons lawfully authorized to work in the 50 states can find employment? That means hiring more cops, sending out notifications to ALL employers(which wouldn't be THAT hard), basically getting the word on the street that there will be a huge press to get people out of jobsites they don't legally have a right to be in. Employers will ***** and cry and moan, because they'll have to find replacement employees. The economists will ***** and cry and moan because they've always felt that residency requirements and citizenship to hold employment are counter-productive.
I'm for border enforcement, as a first step. I think it's feasible and necessary, at this point, to re-invoke the territorial demarcation between the United States, and Mexico. Make it a stony ***** for people to enter the US illegally, and put the mexican government on notice that they're going to have to start helping foot the bill for enforcement costs. When Mexico starts realizing that their systematic efforts to circumnavigate the US legal system is going to end up costing them more than it's worth, they'll start re-focusing on how to best support themselves.
No american can go to Mexico and get on welfare, no american can go to mexico and demand to be employed regardless of their legal status in Mexico, no american can go to mexico and run for public office. Only the US has been sooooo liberal for so long,
now to the point where we're seeing our kindness be systematically abused. Well, when kindness is abused, you stop extending it. Our country's already well on its' way to becoming a socialist wonderland, where people don't feel any compulsion to find a day job 'because the government will pay for it'.
Our country's also in Serious Debt. There's a connection between the two conditions, in my view.

Well in my point of view if Mexicans come here to work then i don't see any problems. They come here and make money and help in making buildings for business. And remember this country would have not been as it is today if the government many years ago would have not brought in illegally slaves from Africa.

those who come here illegaly are criminals. They take away from those who are here legally in many ways. What I don't understand is why the government is allowing this (and other things). When a lot of them protested in California (i think it was there) a short while ago, why didn't the governer send in the national guard to get rid of these people

Let's turn this around, if you were living in extreme poverty in the USA and you knew you could earn 10 times as much working illegally in Mexico, and finally be able to support your family, what would you do?

You say it's a non-racial issue-----wrong. Just reading all that you have written stinks with racism. You automatically assume that's what all illegals do. In fact, they do abide by the laws once here---the overwhelming majority of them. All of what you cited does come under one heading, yes, they are here illegally Take away that one valid point and what use of all the other stuff you wrote do you have------racism!

I think we need to deport all the illegals and then, if they want to come back, then give those ones the chance to come back legally first. If they don't want to come back legally, then hell with them. If things were the other way around, and we were trying to do this crap in their country, they'd start screaming in a heart beat that "the rich white man" is trying to take over... when really... that's what they're trying to do here.

Number 8 is a mute point. Everybody is entitled to health care regardless of ability to pay. On all of the other counts, guilty as charged. Lets throw in all of the lesser included offenses as well.
