I can see where everyone else who has answered this question were either being sarcastic or were simply concerned about your physical health or the fact that it really doesn't show much character... but honestly aside from those issues I have to wonder if you realize what it is doing to youself (and them) psychologically and emotionally....
I once learned from a very wise person that having relationships... intimate ones with them especially is kind of like super gluing to wood boards together... when you pull them apart... there are forever pieces of the other board lost to the other one and forever pieces of the other board stuck to the "original" one (you)... after awhile, you have so many parts of the others stuck to you, it can become hard to see much of yourself anymore... as so many of the important parts of you are gone forever too... this can happen whether you have all 5 relationships at once or even separately over a period of many years... you just begin to lose more and more of yourself...
A better question to ask yourself, is what is missing in your own life to make you feel the need to carry on so many relationships....are you insecure and it makes you feel important to have so much attention? You will NEVER find the satisfaction you crave or true intimacy, which unless you just enjoy being considered a "player" in your own mind, would be the only thing that might be fulfilling to you on a long term level... you need to figure out who you are first.... especially before you go giving yourself away to anybody and everybody!
"player" sounds cool in the moment sometimes... later in life, you will regret it!
