Soft and drapy? What do you mean by drapy? Henna will make your hair rough, in fact, any kind of color will make your hair rough. You need to make sure that you are properly conditioning and you will want to use a hair-treatment periodically. Go see a well-reputed hair stylist and get their opinion on what they think your hair needs.

Dear i hav the best advice for u n m sure this will work...may b it sound a bit difficut but if u do it ...u will get a nice smooth sliky hairs.....mash an egg or2 as per ur hair length...add a few drop of mustard oil..so as to cut d smell....apply it in ur hairs n put it for 30mins n thn rinse...m dead sure it will work...plzz let me knw watever d result..but i knw will get a positive result...
else u can also apply curd n bessan n in ur hairs....

Use a good conditioner and see a dermatologist. Use oil mainly olive or almond to soften ur hair. Protect ur har from dust and sunlight, they may give u split ends and bleaching of the upper hair.

do you use dandruff shampoo. if you do, stop that.if u don't use dandruff shampoo then use mrs.marino hair softner.i heard people saying that it works.good luck.
