Hmmm... I would rather go and tell her that I like her and I want to spend time with her (a.k.a. the "direct" approach), since I'm not very good when it comes to subtleties like "giving signs" and "body language"... On the other hand... Well, I guess the sign that I've given on certain occasions was to always find the time for her (never turned her down, unless for something deadly important -- I almost missed an exam, once)... And from time to time to spoil her with sweets I knew she loved (but never by giving them directly to her -- instead, I used to put them in various places, so that she would find them)

hmmmmm, so u think some one is interested in you, but i think you are thinking from a girls point of view, giving positive signals is what girls do when they like a guy, but some shy guys might be there, so let me think.
he might do any thing to impress you to crab ur attention, if he is smoker or some thing like that, he may not want you to see that. if he is an angry mood, suddenly cools off seeing you, goes with out saying he really likes to stare at you, when u r not looking at him :), thats all i can think off,
Having said all these things, i think its very easy for u to let him know that u have an interest in him, and u know better than me abt that.

ask questions that have to do with her get her talking about her self more making her open up herself to you not to personal questions though atleast not yet try not to bug just seem interested after a while if she seems interested tell her how you feel about her
