"GOSPEL" means "Good News".
Parables are Stories.
Parables were told as a teaching aid to help others understand better.

You can share the GOOD NEWS without telling any PARABLES by just giving information straight-forward.

(I use this method only to relate to people who already have an understanding of how things work.)

Gospel, one of the four accounts of the life and teachings of Jesus Christ that begin the New Testament; selections from these books are read or sung in Christian churches during worship services. Other Gospels do exist, but are considered as part of the Apocryphal New Testament, a collection of texts not considered to be part of the New Testament or of the writings of the early Fathers of the Church. The English word “gospel” is derived from the Old English godspel (“good tidings”), which is a rendering of the Greek evangelion (“good news”). Scholars generally agree that all four Gospels were written originally in Greek and that the authors probably made use of earlier Aramaic oral or written sources that preserved many of the actual works and sayings of Jesus.

I am not sure of your question... are you asking for the gospel of christ? or are you asking for a book of the bible without parables? I will cover both

1) What is the Gospel? (no parables mentioned)

The Gospel of Christ is simply termed as Love, however it is more complex than that. It teaches that mankind fell from God because they chose to not love. THis is to be that while they are capable of love, they choose ot occasionally not love... particularlly they choose not to love the creator, God.
Since God is Love, then he can not abide this and so this results in death (this is like cleaning evil from good).
Since God loves mankind he seeks to correct this and so he becomes man in the form of Jesus (Jesus is God in a different form) and undergoes death. However since God has not done anything to deserve death (him being love) then death is broken and God as Jesus is resurrected to life.
God, now having defeated death offers this new life to those who ask for it (he does not force it on people, he offers it). THis new life is represented in the Holy spirit which is another form of God. The holy spirit resides in those who accept it and connects them to God.
So tehre is the believer, and God (God being Father, Jesus, and Spirit in three forms at once and yet one God)

2) Which is the book of the bible that has no parables?

Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John all have parables... many of these parables are repeats, often slight variations of the same ones.
Since Jesus preached using parables then any story of christ that does not contain them would not be an accurate historical document and should not be trusted.
A parable is similiar to a metaphor, it is a story that while not true has a meaning that should be listened to. They are often useful in teahing children about values in society because they set examples and can be refered to by differnt people who have not met each other but know the story.
