I have the two restoration CDs but I don't have the system cd.Does anyone own an Acer laptop I can borrow the system cd from or do u know if I can download it via Internet?

no you cant everyones system is different. you simply go on system recovery and reate a new one.

the system cd is just the o/s.. (though some manufacturers cd's wont work on other systems because they check the Motherboards ID)
And YES i do have spares for different acers...
