some says that safesex is before Menses.
some says that safesex is during Menses.
some says that safesex is not safe without protection.
How is it possible 2 use condom everytime.

you're right. sometimes it isnt possible to use a condom every time, but you should sure as hell try to. also, there is no "safe" time during a woman's menstrual cycle to have sex, you never can know, its just the way it works. think about alternate forms of birht control like the Pill! talk to your local Planned Parenthood, you won't regret it.

If you dont use condom every time you will end up pregnant. That is a fact. You can be come pregnant any time you are not on period. Sperm can live in the vagina for up to a week, sometimes the egg can be expelled into the fallopion tubes early. There is no safe sex with out protection of some kind.

The only SAFE SEX is sex practiced/performed with a condom. If someone is infected with HIV it won't matter if its before, after, or during your menses. You will contract it. If you are responsible enough to have sex you can be more responsible and use condoms every time. Carry them in your bag, purse and wallet. Don't play Russian roulette with your health and life.

the SAFEST way is with a condom. but rumor is right after a chicks period thats when youre safe

Use a CoNDoM. Every time...any time...no matter what! It will protect you against HIV and should also prevent pregnancy.
