wait til your at least 17. for now just play sports and your muscles will grow naturally. you can always lift weights later but once your done growing thats it and chics perfer a taller guy to a short muscular one.

DO NOT JOIN A GYM TILL YOU ARE 18.

You can do other exercises such as jogging in the park, walking etc. The best is playing.

If you want your height to increase, stand with feet together, slowly bring your hands on top of your head, don't bend the hands and at the same time, slowly go up on your toes.

You should be standing on your toes with your hands straight up for 10 seconds. Exhale when you go up. Inhale when you come back to the position. Repeat 10 times and increase frequency by 3 every day.

You will become tall.

I was 4 ft when I was 15, my younger sister was 4.1 when she was 13. I used to be embarassed when I walked with her as she was taller. I started doing this and when I was 18, I was 6.1.

If you want to join a gym,Thats okay...But boys are late bloomers,So by the age of 17-18 yrs.old you will have your height...So don't worry...

i would join but as far as i can see u will grow no matter what unless u have a problem to where u will not grown then its not a gym u need its a droctor but yes i would join one it a great way to stay in shape......
