They should be treated as the criminals they are, and I suspect non-uniformed invaders of a hostile country. In 1519, the native civilizations of Mexico were invaded by Spanish troops numbering about 600 soldiers, who brought with them superior weaponry and old world diseases. Early Conquistadores was Hernán Cortés, who entered the country in 1519 from a native coastal town which he renamed "Puerto de la Villa Rica de la Vera Cruz" (today's Veracruz). Contrary to popular opinion, Spain did not conquer all of Mexico when Cortés conquered Tenochtitlan in 1521. It would take another two centuries after the Siege of Tenochtitlan before the Conquest of Mexico would be complete. The conquistadores (conquers) were just that! A bloody murdering army out to plunder.
I believe these current invaders are ancestors with the same goal just different tactics.

REMEMBER ONE VERY CLEAR THING WITH THIS QUESTION!
AMERICA, as it is known today was first invaded by ILLEGAL ALLIENS and not only were they illegal alliens but they were criminals and outcasts from the countries they were forced to flee from!. Once these ILLEGAL alliens set foot on the Northern Continent they then proceeded to TAKE WHAT DID NOT BELONG TO THEM! They took advantage of these CITIZENS of a foreign land and took thier property from them! These citizens were known as INDIANS! These Indians had thier way of life and laws and the ILLEGAL ALLIENS came in and changed it all to meet thier SELFISH NEEDS AND DESIRES as you put it!
This is a very touchy subject! and if you really push it then ALL AMERICANS ARE ILLEGAL ALLIENS because they do not rightfully own the Northern Continenet that they now reside on! It is stolen property that was not rightfully purchased!
Where is the responsibility and Justice that you speak about when the US was founded on the very things that you are so emphatically preaching about? The US was founded on the very precepts that you are stating that ILLEGAL ALLIENS are doing today! This should be a common ground for you and you should not feel at all wronged by these alliens as the US was formed on this very practice!
Your final comment of "JUICING AMERICA OF IT'S GENEROSITY" Where did that come from and how does it fit with what the early Illegal alliens did to the LEGAL CITIZENS that were living there LONG before America was ever established?
Think before you open your mouth! THE LAND YOU LIVE ON AND CALL YOUR OWN was taken from an existing civilization under force and duress by ILLEGAL ALLIENS and CRIMINALS.

Forget Illegal aliens. I am a person who entered USA legally and have worked hard to get to where I am at. And though the general populace in this country is very friendly, the immigration officials have no repsect for any "alien" (hey ! I am still from planet earth !! :-) ) , legal or otherwise. I have been stared at, shouted at and oh the so condescending looks ! Their hostility makes me feel so unwelcome. All this when I am active member of society, pay taxes and contribute to charities !! In this debate on illegal immigrants, the ppl being marginalized are the legal ones !! :-(

American law says they can't be here, even though a large part of the economy depends on it. Its not a matter of respect, its a matter of their rights to be here... which are none. No one has the "right" to be here. The US has a lottery system to let you into the country, and if you get it you can come in, if you don't then you can't. However, if American companies were forced to pay their laborers the same amount they have to pay workers here, Mexican sweat shops wouldn't enslave an impoverished country and make the only sustainable lifestyle one in the US

No. The politicians and some grasping employer pastimes are holding them even if the vast majority of "people" do not want them the following and are indignant adequate to make this between the most important themes in a lengthy time period. The dems do not ignore that in the adventure that they could get an amnesty the illegals will oftentimes vote dem so the dems are purely searching for themselves. The repubs want to soothe their huge employer campaign individuals. This places pressure on the availability facet of the exertions market and keeps genuine people wages artificially low. thankfully there have been adequate repubs that knew their base electorate would not in any respect vote for them back in the adventure that they voted for amnesty. VOTE OUT ALL POLITICIANS WHO VOTED FOR AMNESTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Laws about human dignity? Yes for everyone, even the charlie mansons and hilters of the world (until they are convicted, that is)
laws that are given to AMERICANS? free speech, freedom from unwarranted search and seizure, and other things that are given to Americans by the US (not russian, not mexican, not itilian, etc...) constitution!
I might tell anyone in my family that they can raide the fridge anytime they want, but a visitor may not have this a freedom and an intruder certainly will not have benefit of 'rights' granted to a member of my house!

This sounds like a trick question. Since the very fact that they are here and we call them illegals
tells you they have no respect for law.
If we treat them the same that means we can ignore our own laws against murder, beatings etc.
Somehow I just don't think that's gonna fly.
Deportation for a first offense is enough, a felony conviction and long jail term for a second time.

Right.
America's LAWS are perfect. Everyone should accept the consequences of their illegal actions.
All you Perfect and Unselfish Citizens with illegal MP3's, please show your Respect for the LAWS by reporting yourself to the FBI. Thousands of dollars in fines must be appropriate, because our LAWS are the ULTIMATE representation of JUSTICE.
All you Worthy and Good Americans, delete your illegal pornography, because our LAWS are RIGHTEOUS and worthy of SLAVISH ADHERENCE.
All you Beautiful and Honest Photoshop Artists who have, to your complete astonishment, discovered illegal software had fallen like Heavenly Manna onto your computer's hard drive, go buy a license and support those HARD-WORKING AMERICAN DEVELOPERS.
Let us not even DARE to speak of EXCEPTIONS or MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES or even RATIONALITY. Those who cannot follow the LAWS are VIOLATERS of America and EVIL-DOERS in our sight.
And, further, in our Blameless Innocence, let us also go forth, my dearest Brothers and Sisters, and report our Speeding Violations to our local police officers, so that ALL might show their TRUEST and UNADULTERABLE RESPECT for those PERFECT, IMMUTABLE LAWS, to which we are merely the HUMBLEST SERVANTS.
OTHERWISE, woe would it be unto US, if we should be treated with the SAME RESPECT that WE have for America's LAWS!
