I would just get silicon breast forms and put them in a bra. You probably do not want to go the way of implants. You can get them relatively cheap. Try searching on the internet for breast forms. There are alot made for crossdressers. Hope this helps.

you said you are cross dresser, if you get implants you can not get men suits any time in the future when you want to change just for the fun of it.

Well if you are serious about looking and acting like a woman I suppose that would help, however, if a man found out you weren't a real woman he would probably physically harm you. Be careful and let people know WHAT YOU REALLY ARE!

no, fake breast have no feeling. They rip all your nerves to put them into your chest. And anyone who says there is feeling in them after they put them in is a big liar and doesnt know what they are talking about, or they dont want people to know the truth about their breast being numb.

implants are a semi-permanent change to your body. as a woman, i would recommend wearing a padded bra, it's a much cheaper and temporary alternative.
